~The specific content standards that this GLCE involved with the student to teach the children to read and write by using various techniques to understand sound.
~The related goals would be that the students should be able to work together and speak clearly and productively to eachother.
~Thw big idea is that children will have a better understanding of their world and their language by using phonemic awareness

understand the alphabetic principle, that sounds in words are expressed

~Specifically students should be able to hear and decipher sounds of the alphabet
~This goal would be to have the children ultimatley be able to read and understand all of the letters of the alphabet
~The big picture here I see is to know that the children have to hear and decipher sounds differently to succedd in the real world.
